Clear amber orange beer, creamy beige head, stable, a bit adhesive, ok. Aroma: pretty oxidized, malty, some caramel, lots of grains, hay, cow fodder, some ripe to overripe banana, yeasty, some banana peel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: gentle bitterness, lots of sweet caramel malts, gentle bitterness, sugary, some ripe banana, sugary and sweet. Aftertaste: still a gentle bitterness lingering in the back over some sweet malts, floral notes, a little soapy maybe, spicy touch, laurel and rosemary, ok but not really that good.

Bottiglia @ Simei 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza, con carbonazione media. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è strutturato pesante L’amaro è carico. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è voluttuoso. Le sensazioni boccali finali inducono a bevuta compulsiva perché è una ottima birra. Il finale è secco e pulito.
