Il cappello di schiuma a bollicine fini, compatta, cremosa e aderente persiste con carbonazione esagerata e con finale di merletti sul vetro. Il colore è marrone chiaro. L’amaro è carico. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso.
