Sample at Tirra, Lahti . (from backlog). Colour is deep slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Wheat, grain, sweetness, juniper, malts, banana... lots of wheat.

(Bottle, swing top, at Olarin Panimo, 20191115) The beer poured brown and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had malts, juniper and smoke. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, banana, smoke, juniper and bitterness. Aftertaste had juniper and bitterness. A tasty smoky sahti.
