Clear deep golden with large off white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel notes. Flavour likewise with hints of hops. Finished with warming alcohol. A bit boozy though.

Bottle. A clear, quite sparkling golden beer with a small, off-white head. Malty-sweet on the nose, with some grainyness, a little fruityness, and off course, a quite evident alcohol aroma. Sweet, malty and quite fruity flavor too, with some bitterness as well as the warming feeling from the alcohol. Medium body, and quite sticky in the mouth. Quite flavorful in the way strong Euro-lagers normally is, but it’s not my kind of flavorful. And off course it isn’t meant to be either. (080603)

Bottled (thanks faroeviking!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is alcohol, grass, some hops and malts. Flavour is very much the same in a quite pleasant balance. Much more pleasant than the normal Guld Øl.

Bottled (BB 06/2008)
Golden color, very small white head. Papery, apple-like fruity nose. Strong alcoholic fruity flavor. Much softier and more drinkable than "normal" Guld Øl.
