Murky purplish. Lots of berries, big tannins, medium acidity lends sharpness. Not their best saison, but it's still decent.

On tap at Mirage, pours a cloudy dark red with a small pink head. Aroma is rather earthy, with musty berries, earthiness, and a touch of obscured bugs. Flavour is more vinous than anything, with plenty of red wine oak, tannins, and subdued, fermented out red berries. Really vinous character with a nice bugginess. Excellent.
