Bottle @ Odense Tasting Januar, 2012. Pours ruby brown with a creamy head and lacings. Grain and toffee. Flavor is coriander mainly. Yeasty and phenolic.. Sweet.

Odense New Year tasting. Copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of spice and yeasty phenols, not much malt and hops. Sweetish flavour completely dominated by coriander

Bottled. An unclear nut-brown beer with a nice brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, candy sugar, yeast, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and yeast, as well as light notes of metal and vegetables.

Bottle 50cl.Unclear hazy medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, nutty notes, light to moderate yeasty, spicy, anis seed. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20081129]

Bottle, 7.2%. Spicy aroma, anis. Cloudy brown colour. The flavour is sweet, slightly roasted with a hint of anis. Some caramel malts. A bit muddy, but OK.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a very cloudy and opaque with a small, off-white head. Spicy, fruity nose. Quite a full body, dried fruit and spices - cardamom and coriander? A little low in carbonation perhaps. Very subdued bitternes. 291108
