Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, coffee, spicy, blackberry. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090102]

Cask handpull at The Brew Wharf, Borough Market. Mahogany colour, thin dark beige head. Hops are a bit soapy. It’s not bad. Some decent malt, deepish malts. Yes, alright, hops are reasonably dominant
