Appearance: Cloudy pale amber with a one finger tall off-white head of medium retention. Aroma: Malt, phenolic yeast, pear, apple seeds, candy. Taste: Light sweet and bitter. Malt, phenolic yeast, pear, apple seeds, candy, some Continental hop. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Overall: Mediocre.
