Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours a clear amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has some earthy grain, sour red fruits and a touch of raspberry. Flavor has a good amount of sour red fruit, tart raspberry with a touch of grain and Belgian yeast underlying.

Sampled at All Pints North, 2014. Sour and crisp. No balsamic quality which I often pick up in this style. Thin palate, and refreshing. The sour flavor is there but not very intense, which is ok. The light palate makes this very refreshing, but the trade-off is there are not a lot of flavors or aromas going on. Still a good beer.
