Buena.

Bottle (around 75cl): Almost clear, small foamy layer, chestnut-amber coloured, moderate sweet-bitter (X-mas, cinnamon) spicy and herbal nose, caramelly background; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium to full bodied, not overly soft; lingering bitter-sweet finish, presenting nearly the same profile of spices, combined with medical hops. Not worth the effort...

Bottle: Poured a clear copper color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of spicy sweet Christmas cookies with caramelized malt notes. Taste is a nice mix of spices with some Christmas cookies and some caramelized malt with some candied sugar. Body is about average with good level of carbonation with some not real apparent alcohol notes. Enjoyable but maybe a tad too sweet.

Deep-amber colour, almost copper, mildly hazy with a warm yellowish-beige head, slowly going down leaving tiny patches of lacing. Beautiful holiday spices in the nose over warming alcohol, Belgian Ale yeast and hints of bananas, dark fruits. The taste also shows mostly the same with the wheat-banana notes and very light dark fruits. The mouthfeel is also warming. The spices do not stand out as much, as they well-blended with the malts. A nice winter warmer for this first big snow of the season. Not super complex, but I do like this.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of dried fruits, caramel, yeast, bread, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of nuts, dried fruits, caramel, yeast, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle, 9.0%. Very spicy aroma, nutmeg and cinnamon, I guess, perhaps orange peel. Hazy dark brown colour. Good stable tan head. The flavour is sweet and spicy. Has the same notes as the aroma, nutmeg and cinnamon, but not so much orange peel. Fairly sweet, but not sugary at all. Good warming alcohol in the finish. Medium bitterness. I like my sweet and spicy beers.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark copper brown with black sediment and airy beige head. Clear aroma of herbs, hops and malt, with touches of caramel. Sweetish flavour of malt, caramel, Belgian yeast, herbs and hops, with fruity and biscuity notes. Estery and pumpkinlike aftertaste, with notes of spices and malt. Very nice.
