Can with thanks to Cocoapuph! Pours clear amber with a small off-white head that dissipates fairly quickly leaving some lacing. Aroma is Bretty, sour oak. Flavor follows, just a bit of sweetness, lightly funky with Brett notes on display, oaky, touch of caramel, but not really sour or tart. Medium body, high prickly carbonation. Not the worlds most complex beer, but really really drinkable. I would love this if it were more like 5% and readily available. Knocked it a bit on appearance for being filtered. Why??

Can shared by a friend, thanks! Pours a clear golden amber with a near white amber that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains with some menthol and a hint of light tartness. Flavor starts with grass, grains and light funk with a hint of tartness in the finish.

Draft at the brewpub, Grand Rapids. Clear straw body, thin clumping off-white head. Lemony nose with tart pineapple notes. The forefront of the body is oaky and hoppy with an unusual emphasis on floral, tannic bitterness. The barnyard funk is mostly sourish pineapple that is quickly cleaned up by the bitter finish. Subtle and a tad delicate.
