Taking this beer from Amstein, St-Légier. Opening it for the 24th of december after a family party at Ferlens. A right and refeeshing neipa, fresh malt, herbal, yeasty, fruity, aromatic hop, light, watery, brewed on the American way, 26.12.22

Mainly fruity and hops aroma. Fruity taste, grassy, with long lasting bitterness.

Blonde 33 cl trouvée chez Noz a Noyelles Godault. Blonde trouble. Nez sur le malt léger, les agrumes, les fruits tropicaux. En bouche, une bière fraîche, légère, sur des houblons fruités, belle amertume en fin de bouche, avec un petit côté crémeux. (M)
