At the brewery tap, the Olympia, Barlby 23 June 2018. Clear amber in colour, with a tight, white, head. Caramel, digestive malts, hedgerow hops and a hint of red berries, before a moderately bitter finish. Fine

On cask at Ye Olde Starre Inne, York. Appearance - light toffee, cake. Nose - more of the same. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - solid if unexciting. Not an IPA by today’s style.
