On cask at the Greyfriars Perth. Appearance - blue like a toilet freshener. A decent white head. St Johnstone play in blue hence the food colouring. Nose - citrus and pale malt. Taste - lemon and honey with a malt backbone. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - it’s a golden ale that looks blue. Decent drop.
