On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and grain with a dry crispness to it. Flavor has more of a sweet grain and light fruit note and a dry straw note backing.

Draught at the brewpub. Brown with some head. Great palate, like most Dangerous Man beers. Sticky and lightly roasted grains, dry, and well hidden alcohol. It has that northern France/Belgian yeast quality common to beers of this style. Good.
