Very odd. Maybe it was the unfairly stark contrast between this beer and the other offerings at the Hopocalypse release, but I could find little to like in this beer. Poured clear orange with a large creamy white head that dissipated fairly slowly with nice lacing. Aroma was really grain, biscuit, grassy hops. Flavor was light sweet, light bitter, tasted a lot like a so-so pilsner. Not detecting any distinctive hop character whatsoever in this one. Light body, not enjoyable.
