Bottle @ Oberfranken. Pours clear pale yellow with a frothy white head. Dusty and papery malty nose and flavor. Slight dishwasher. Thin and rather flabby.

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Moldy aroma. Starts hoppy-moldy, modest sweet, also some soapy notes. Finish also with a sourish touch. Not really balanced and not very drinkable. Not good.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, molasses, sugar notes, acrid butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acrid bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081129]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. A little floral hoppiness in the nose. Medium body, some malt and sulphur - even salt! Finishes dry. 291108

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Mild malty and vague cornish aroma. Flavour is mild malty with a light bitterness. Not much fruity flavours from the hops, yet crisp and bitter into the finish.
