# 2517; 7/2021. As Schloss Pilsener, 4,9%; brewed for Netto. Grainy and floral aroma. Brilliant straw body; lacing white head. Grainy, metalic, floral. Quite typical, worse german style pils. 0,5 l, can, gift.

0,5 l brown plastic bottle from a random Netto market. Clear golden with a white and steady one finger head. Okay so far. Low grassy caramell smell.Grainy grassy taste at the start. Little but increasing bitterness in the middle part. Grainy caramell to the end. All on a low level. Better than expected but still not really good.

Sampled from 0.5 l can from local ’Netto’ as ’Schloss Pilsener’ at 4.9% abv, best before March 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grainy and a bit grassy-spicy aroma of straw, some grains and a touch of citrus. Slightly bitter, grainy and slightly grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw and hints of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly metallic and moderately grassy-spicy finish with a touch of cardboard. Almost medium-bodied, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite okay!

clear golden colour with quickly dissipating head. malt, corn, little to no hops to speak of (despite the words "fein herb" on the can). somewhat bittersweet. typical noname pilsner, barely drinkable.
