(Poured from a jug at Gallows Bird Kekri 2018) The beer dark brown and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had juniper, toasted malts and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, chocolate, juniper and low bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, spicy and lightly bitter. A nice sahti with toasty notes.
