Rich notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, and caramel come together in a smooth, mellow harmony complementing the 14.8% crescendo. Each sip shapes a sonata – a true composition of craftsmanship, echoing the barrel room Rackhouse mindset!

The Symphony is barrel-aged in Maker’s Mark bourbon, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey, Heaven Hill bourbon, Maple syrup, Buffalo Trace bourbon, and Kyrö Finnish Rye Whisky barrels!

Tap @MBCC 2025, Blue Session. Oily black, small tan head. Rich dark malty, barrely aroma. Bittersweet flavour, rich sweet malt, boozy, barrely bitterness.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bourbon barrels, medium roast, and a touch of brown sugar. Flavour is full of chocolate, caramel, booze, and brown sugar. Boozy and sweet without the complexity to back. Okay.
