Revisionist Sardinian Bock is based on the famous strong, malty German Bock beers. This is a deep golden interpretation of the style. Malts include proportion of Munich giving a firm flavour foundation reminiscent of shortbread, and a pale amber hue.

Cask-conditioned at a JDW in Cheltenham, 4/1/2016. Deep gold with a slight, white, head. A sweet, malty beer, with a hint of fruit and moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Cask @ White Swan, Leeds. Clear golden with a glow and a creamy-smooth head. Smooth textured, and slips down the palate with ease for its strength, although itโs not strong tasting. Has a few light malts available with a small sweetness.
