Black with brown highlight, tiny tan head. The aroma has notes of dried fruits, ashes and licorice, and celery, and not in any harmony whatsoever. Sweet with grainy malt and hard roasted notes. I guess the recipe still needs some work...

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a dark brown with a warm, reddish hue and a rough, beige head. Strange aroma of raisins and hard roasted malts. Quite full-bodied, sweetish hard roasted malt and dried fruit, a little vanilla also. Has a light malt bitterness. 291208

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a red shine under a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt, but also light notes of vegetables and some acidity. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt and soy sauce as well as some acidity - slightly infected.

Bottle, 8.5%. Very vinous aroma, paint notes, strange yeast. Black colour, very small head. Roasted flavour, some soy, baking yeast, quite fruity. Strange.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Spiced and dry, slight phenolic aroma. Dark roasted malt flavoured with a mild liqourice and chocolate note. A bit too dry and somewhat dusty. Vague annis seed note and leading into a mild acidic touch into the finish. Lasting roasted and bitter finish.
