A solid slightly modern take on the style without losing any of the classic flavors. Light drinkable, but full body with chewy banana notes. Bottle from martin home

Recently expired bottle on discount. Hazy amber with a tall, frothy head that settles but lingers. Vaguely herbal aroma, full of garden weed, with a bit of banana, dough and clove underneath. The taste is full of dough, kind of bready and pasty with a (mild!) mealy, grainy bitterness at the end. Medium body with a slightly watery texture. Mediocre but still somehow mildly pleasant, perhaps due to its sweetness being defined a bit differently than most Weizen, with less banana and more pastry sweetness.

Hazy yellow orange color, medium sized off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste wheat, some banana, yeasty. Average body and carbonation. Ok beer but not my style.

0,5 l bottle. Golden summer label artwork. Pours hazy golden in the glass, mighty foamy head. Banana, caramell and yeast in the nose. Stars with herb banana, followed by a short hint of citrus. Caramell with dry chewing gum, light vanilla, not too sweet. Thinner to the end but a good one.

500ml bottle. Cloudy orangey golden colour with huge, lasting, frothy to creamy, white head. Intense fruity and minimally wheaty aroma, peach, apple, pear. Taste is initially minimally sweet fruity, peach, later with a touch of citrus, in the finish with some husk. In spite of the lively, micropore carbonation still a smooth mouthfeeling.
