Voor THBRSTWRD's 3 verjaardag hebben we de Emmer Session Sour laten rijpen op een 100% Chardonnay vat uit British Colombia, Canada. Dit voegt extra lagen van smaak en aroma toe: witte druiven en minerale tonen, typisch voor Chardonnay, met een subtiele houtondertoon. Een mix dat het bier naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Thanks to Leander for sharing the can! Bread crust, wheat, grape skin, rusk. Sourish grape & plum, wheat, bread & yeast. Softly tart finish of white grape, quite a lot of bread & oak retronasally. Quite enjoyable as an apéritif!
