On tap. Pitch black with a small light brown head. The nose has hard roasted malts, a little coffee and a vaguely tart touch. Rather light body, dry hard roasted malt with a malty bitter finish and again a tartish touch. Clearly past its prime but still drinkable. 240710

Tap at Fanø Bryghus courtesy of Frumptydumpty. Nice head with medium duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are mainly licorice, but also some roast malt and caramel. Beer has not matured as well as I had hoped and has become slightly sour and a little vinous.

Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen
Black color. Very good coffee aroma and caffe d’orzo (roasted barley coffee, available in Italy; it’s not completely burnt). Good roasted malt flavor, delicate, non aggressive. Good.

From tap at Ølbaren. Pours dark brown to black with a dense and creamy tan head. Chocolate and roasted malty aroma. Light smoked and chocolate smooth flavoured with a light acidic note following. Smooth chocolate finish. Easy and almost light bodied. Nice and smooth into far finish. Lovely lasting and delicate fruity hops note into the far finish. Reminds me a lot about Ølfabrikken Porter, just a lot lighter and less of everything - but still a nice brew.
