Can at home picked up from HOTM. A dark black brown coloured pour with a lkasting mid tan head. Aroma is dry earthy roast, coffee, ash, salty roast, dark dry chocolate, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty dark roast, dark chocolate, spicy coffee bean, some oils coffee. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, some oils, moderate carbonation, semi drying finish.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear deep brown with a creamy, mocha topping. Light-medium sweet flavour with a lovely, lightly milky coffee character, subtle chocolate notes, a little roast. Light bodied with fine carbonation and velvety texture. Semi-sweet finish, more chocolate accents, coffee, a little earth. Mighty tasty.

Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol 15/9/2023. Almost black in colour and opaque, with a tight, beige, head. Dense chocolate, toasty malts, some coffee character and a touch of creaminess before more toastiness in the finish. Excellent drinking.

Black beer, thick tan head. Nice rich coffee aroma. Medium body, decent blend of malt, coffee, a little chocolate . Very drinkable.
