Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear deep brown with a creamy, mocha topping. Light-medium sweet flavour with a lovely, lightly milky coffee character, subtle chocolate notes, a little roast. Light bodied with fine carbonation and velvety texture. Semi-sweet finish, more chocolate accents, coffee, a little earth. Mighty tasty.

Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol 15/9/2023. Almost black in colour and opaque, with a tight, beige, head. Dense chocolate, toasty malts, some coffee character and a touch of creaminess before more toastiness in the finish. Excellent drinking.
