From a 650ml bottle on 27/4/2018. Pours dark brown with a medium head. Does has a slight choc-orange aroma. It's quite sweet and chocolatey up front, with a distinct citrus tang. There's a moderate to firm roasty bitterness with a touch of coffee, which lingers, giving it decent balance. Has a slick mouthfeel with softish carbonation. Has a decent punch, but still quite easy to drink (I've downed the entire bottle relatively quickly). An interesting brew. Does have a bit of NE character to it, as well as more than a bit of Jaffa. Maybe not quite a home run, but would definitely be happy to drink again.
