From a 330ml bottle on 12/10/2019. Pours a clear dark amber with a big foamy head. Smells malty, with lots of caramel and toffee, with some stewed fruit kicking in. The flavour follows suit - a sweet malt bomb with caramel, toffee and dark and dried fruit, with a huge rye hop bitterness balancing things out. The mouthfeel is lovely - full, slick and almost creamy. The carbonation is moderate. Hides the alcohol really well. A phenomenal brew which I'll buy a whole lot more of if I can get hold of it.
