Pint on tap at Nola, Adelaide. Pours like a cola, black with zero head. Smells like caramel fudge. Looks rubbish, smells great. Tastes like heaven. More caramel, a little banana, some liquorice, then a long lingering smother of maple syrup. Slight effervescence and a little balancing sourness make this a great easy to drink stout.

From a 375ml can on 18/7/2020. Pours a murky dark brown with virtually no head. The aroma features lots of banana, some chocolate and nuts. Tastes of milk chocolate, caramel and vanilla, with a slightly tangy banana aftertaste. Finishes with a mild bitterness. The mouthfeel is thick, the carbonation soft. Unusual and comes together quite nicely.
