Homage to the "Montbéliarde" breed, inseparable from our terroir and the AOP Comté. When brewing, we replace 10% of the water with raw milk exclusively from this breed (collaboration with Fruitière La Rondenne in Desnes). This very original recipe brings incomparable aromatic notes and the slight sweetness of lactose to this "Triple".

33cl bottle from E.Leclerc CHAMPAGNOLE supermarket in France. Head is thin, white, quick gone. Colour is pale gold, hazy. Aroma is malty, honey, sweet mellow fruity, peach, spicy. Taste is full malty base, honey, bit citrus, mellow fruity, bit warming alcohol, brewed with fresh unpasterized milk to give some lactose, medium carbonation, bit more on the sweet side yet nice balanced bitterness also, good, enjoyed.

Licht bruin tamelijk helder bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is zoet en fruitig met iets van honing, appel en wat banaan. Best goed.

Found randomly at a Christmas market in Montmartre, in between churro stands and chapeau shops, little toy stores and a merry-go-round, a present for a grownup: a small beer tent! Boring golden body with carbonation, modest layer of head. Aroma is malty bread. Taste is a nice mix of grains with a hoppy aftertaste. Absolutely no alcohol in this, which makes it extremely drinkable. Very good for a session - a short session!

clear light golden yellow, smooth white head. sweet malty and slightly boozy, corn’ish aroma. smells like a not-that-bad european strong lager. flavor is quite boozy, sweet malty and sweet corn, a little bitterness, but not enough, booze is too evident. Good french imitation of bad polish beer ;-)

Bottle 75cl. @ [ Tasting by Maria ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, marzipan, flowers (special in the flavor), apple notes, alcohol notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft and sticky. [20081105]

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Mild cornish and dry aroma. Mild caramel malty flavoured. Mild sweetness before the finish. Ends a bit thin and with a only a vague bitterness but just lingering caramel malt flavoured.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with a crisp hoppy note. The flavor though has a boring malt profile, combined with light notes of spices and citrus, leading to a dry bitter end with a perfumy hint.
