From the esteemed high ground of our brewers’ brains to the literal high grounds of our surrounds comes Higher Ground. A new classic, 90-day pilsner brewed in the traditional style, with noble hops and German Lager yeast. Take the Higher Ground and pour it into a tall, narrow pilsner glass and admire the beautiful colour, fine bubbles and frothy white head.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Can. Clear pale gold with a 2cm white head. Clean cracker, herb and floral aroma. Sweet and not overly focussed malt flavours but with decent herbal bitterness. A little leaner would have suited me better but fair enough.
