From a 500ml bottle on 14/11/2016 (labelled ’Snickers Chocolate Ale’, ABV 6.8%, bottle 3/11/2016). Pours a dark brown with the barest of heads. Really does have a bit of a Snickers nose - chocolate caramel and peanuts. The flavour follows suit, with all three elements presenting again, A very sweet, rick dessert treat. The texture is slick and the carbonation moderate. All up, a successful attempt to put a chocolate bar in a bottle. My only gripe is that it could use some more bitter bite to balance things out.
