The Duke of Staves is a blended wild ale with equal parts of:
- Belgian Amber aged 4.5 years in Martinelli Pinot barrels with brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and Pediococcus.
- Daily Brot Dunkel aged in second use bourbon barrels for 2 years with cherries and brettanomyces.
- Farmhouse Saison fermented with wild yeast harvested from our namesake Pond Farm Pottery in 2019 and cultured in-house.
This is what happens when we have too much fun and blend our way into an American version of a Flanders Red.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a tan head. Sour and citrus aroma. Sour and light acetic flavor with citrus. Medium bodied. Sour and light acetic notes linger with citrus, light berry, and barrel notes.
