For the 5th release in our 12-part homage to all things GIJOE, and more precisely, their arch nemesis COBRA, we focus on everyone's absolute favorite character: SNAKE EYES. Technically a "joe", but we all know about his complicated past with Storm Shadow + the Arashikage, so we felt comfortable including him in the full COBRA set.
Packed with loads + loads of flaked oats, flaked wheat, and spelt for that nice pillowy soft malt body you love from us. Juicy aromatics abound with notes of fresh cut passion fruit + candied lychee with just a hint of dank resinous flavor in the finish.
Double Dry-Hopped | Citra | Mosaic | Motueka | Rakau

Panda thanks to Colin. A hazy and slightly dirty looking gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts, a forward creamy sweetness. Abundant sweet ripe fruits, ripe tropical fruits up front and unusually for a US hopped brew, some ripe orchard fruits. Smooth finish. Well hopped but found this a tad stodgy overall.

Murky orange topped with a just off white covering that thins to and retains as a swirl.
Nose is ripe tropical fruit esters, pineapple, mango pulp, soft malts, pine resin, mandarin.
Taste comprises mango flesh, pineapple, grapefruit, melon, papaya, pine resin, hop spice, peach.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost.
Tidy TIPA … runs a little overly sweet for my liking and could do with the bitterness levels ramping up but decent none the less.
