Pours a murky pink with a medium pink head. Hasa quite a strong berry nose. On the sip, it delivers the promised strawberry and the creaminess as well. Medium sweet and medium tartness at the back. The mouthfeel is thick and creamy, the carbonation moderate to average. Like almost every Oz brewed pastry sour I've tried, could be just a bit sweeter, but all things considered, it's pretty good.
