In our typical fashion, we roped our good mates at Shapeshifter Brewing Co into another kiwi heavy DIPA, this time brewed up here in Sydney.
Pulling a few techniques we haven't used before from Shapeshifter's repertoire, combined with some of our tried and tested moves, we've landed ourselves a cracking citrus forward DIPA 🍊👌

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8.5
From a 440ml can on 9/2/2024. Pours a hazy medium golden with a smallish head. Smells of zesty citrus with some ripe tropical notes. Tastes of orange, melon, white grape, lemon and lime, finishing with a nice tangy bitterness. Silky mouthfeel with moderate to average carbonation. Typical Bracket hazy excellence.
