Cinnamon anyone? Balance isn’t what’s necessarily expected sometimes with a pumpkin ale, and this one follows suit. Sweet and spicy smelling, light amber color with a nice off-white head with medium bubbles. I was not kidding about the cinnamon: there’s a lot. So if you like cinnamon and pumpkin flavor, this’ll be your bag. If not, not. I liked it just fine.

Nothing special or out of the ordinary, another pumpkin pie spice beer, lots of cinnamon and nutmeg. Light bodied, overly sweet aroma, 10/28/16 additional notes from KBC Pumpkin Ale from Trader Joe’s. Flat pour, pumpkin pie filling aroma and taste, finishes sweet with pumpkin pie spice notes

A very average and underwhelming pumpkin beer with a little spicy ginger like flavor. Pours orange amber with ok head and lacing. Tap.

12oz bottle from Wegman’s, West Seneca, NY. AMber with a ring of white head; pumpkin aroma; cinnamon taste and finish, but also bland and watery. I’m not exactly a fan of this style, and this one’s worse than most.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance had a very clear, golden-orange color with an inch and a half thick, fluffy white head.
The smell had pumpkin, some cinnamon and nutmeg, some ginger.
The taste took the previously mentioned flavors and added some coriander.
The palate sat at about a medium and was slightly sessionable. Carbonation assaults the tongue and mouth more so than other \"pumpkin ales\" leaving a watery aftertaste and a dull finish.
Overall, this is just an average pumpkin ale. It was much better combined as a Black & Tan with the Blue Fin Stout by Shipyard.
