A fresh new IPA featuring Freestyle Nelson Sauvin hops (from @freestylehops) that are late harvested with their ‘Bliss Process’, intensifying the tropical notes of Nelson without losing their signature citrus and white wine character. Bliss's pillowy body carries flavors of passionfruit, nectarine, grapefruit, and wine grapes... like a cornucopia in the clouds.

Opaque. Medium head. Bright melon, papaya aroma. Medium bitterness, some juicy hop notes, again more melony in nature. Malts are sweet. It's fine.

Cloudy amber, white head. Fruity scorched malt nose, worse in palate. Soft carbo and great lacing

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy yellow gold with white head. Feint tang and dankness, but everything seems a bit muted, a touch yeasty, average, too muted.

473mL can, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose has some hopburn, some tanginess from the Nelson, and a touch of dankness. Flavour is very gritty, with the Nelson very much subdued, plenty of chalk, mild grittiness. Chalky, gritty, not much hop expression. Quite harsh. Not enjoyable.

473mL can. Pours nearly opaque pale yellow with a white head. Yuzu and I guess some white wine grapes on the nose. Flavour is chalky and yeasty, some citrus hops. This is an unfortunate waste of a good hop.
