500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, pale malty and rather plain, bitter hoppy aroma, hints of wet straw, light malty spiciness; late some mineral overtones. Taste is dry, crisp, bitter hoppy, slightly grassy, minimally spicy, pale malty basis; lingering, bitter hoppy finish. Slightly oily, watery texture, dry, simultaneously minimally greasy palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Pretty decent, but rather plain hop bitterness, not many additional hop flavours - OK.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of caramel and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as lighter notes of eggs and butter, leading to a dry, bitter, and strawy finish.

The bottle looks good - but the name says nothing about the beer. The beer in the glass is okay, creamy head. Tastes spicy, only modest hoppy, malty and well balanced finish. Good beer!

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours almost clear golden yellow with a diminished white head. Mild butterish and light spiced aroma. Light butterish and mild crisp citrusy hops flavour. Would be fantastic without the butterish notes. Smooth hoppy citrusy finish, yet the butterish notes doesn’t let go.
