Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, but not washy. Fine malty notes, modest moldy. Spicy with mild sourish notes. More and more fruity like lemon. Finish malty, modest dry. Spicy aftertaste. Nice!

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and yeast as well as lighter notes of butter and honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as lighter notes of honey, leading to a dry bitter finish.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Mild estery aroma with a mild wheaty note, light butterish note. A bit cardboardish and dry flavoured with a light yeasty to estery note. Mild butterish and light caramelish finish. Smooth yet not clean.

Bottle, 5.0%. Bready aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. OK white head. The flavour has a little green apple, citric and bready. The yeast tastes a little old and does not give the naturtrüby feeling it should.

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Pale golden, hazy, big, slowly diminishing fluffy white head; sweet-malt and barley in the aroma, with a tinge of fruitiness, distinctive oaky hops also; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; aromatic hoppy finish. Pleasnt stuff..........

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a huge foamy white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet grainy nose with barnyard and a good dose of herbal hops. Sweet malty and yeasty initial taste with honey; smooth carbonation, well-matured mouthfeel; partly hoppy and yeasty bitter finish with balanced residual malty sweetness and a touch of barnyard. Pleasant and rounded Kräusen.
