Clear yellow color, small white head. Grainy, malty aroma. Light bodied, crisp carbonation. A bit grainy, sweetish maltyness. Some hops, not enough. Clean decent pils which could use more hops.

Appearance: Yellow, slightly golden. Hazy. Lots of bubbles and white head. Aroma: Citrus. Some hops and malt. Taste: Citrus, tart. Gone bad or just not that nice? Not pilsener. Info: 330ml bottle, 29/4-2010

Bottled. An unclear light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and citrus. The flavor is lightly acidic with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter and citrusy finish.

Bottle 330ml.Unclear medium yellow color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, citrus acidic - sweet, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration. Infected IMO. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081004]

33 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours hazy orange with a fully diminished white head. Soapy and acidic to citric aroma. Light brett-ish note in the aroma and into the flavour. Stays on the more citrici than dry side of things. Slight milky too. Clearly infected.

Bottle, 5%. OK citric aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is citric, some lemon and a little brett. Seems slightly infected, but still tastes all right.

0,33lt Bottle. One of the two beers that this new microbrewery produces. All ingredients are from organic farms. Pures a golden color with huge lasting foamy head. Mild hoppy. Very refreshing.
