Appearance: misty pale amber with a moderate off-white head of decent retention. Aroma: biscuit, candied citrus, sunflower oil, catty hop, raw water. Taste: light to medium sweet and bitter. Biscuit, sunflower oil, candied citrus, raw water, pine needles. Mouth feel: medium body, average carbonation. Summary: not the purest fermentation.
