Appearance: cloudy gold with a moderate white frothy head of mediocre retention. Aroma: wild yeast, dry leaves, hay, malt, distant citrus hints Taste: medium dry, wild, vegetal, earthy. Light to medium sour, low to light bitterness. Warming alcohol. Mouth feel: medium body, average carbonation. Overall: quite good.
