Appearance: Cloudy amber liquid, decent off-white head. Aroma: Grain, caramel, buckwheat, distant hop. Taste: Light sweet and bitter. Caramel, buckwheat, grassy hop/ Hoppy ending. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: interesting. Unique. Not bad.
