Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6
Appearance: Cloudy deep gold with a good off-white head. Aroma: citrus fruit, pineapple, biscuit, resin. Taste: Light to medium sweet start. Biscuit, tangerines, pineapple, honey, resin. Medium ending grapefruit bitterness. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, Average to lively carbonation. Overall: Not bad. Not as balanced as some other IPA's by Salden's though.
