Golden copper with a fast escaping white head.
Nose is bitter sweet apple, earthy tones, vinous, light funk, hay bale.
Taste comprises sweeter edged apples, caramel, herb, orchard floor, light acidic prickle.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Decent.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple flesh, mineral note. Taste is sweet, appley, fruity, orchardy funk with acetic hint and drying woody tannin. Medium bodied, low soft carbonation, medium dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

16/8/2025. Bottle from Daylesford Organic Farmshop, Moreton-In-Marsh. Good pour. Nice crisp drying semi-sweet cider. Some funky slightly woody notes. Liked this.
