We celebrate the 2021 harvests of two estate growers in this bottle: all of the grapes come from Walsh Family Wine and all of the grain is from Wheatland Spring. Brewed just as our estate grain was available from harvest and within hours of the estate grapes being picked at their vineyard down the road. While our farms are nearby, this ale is testament to the quality and attention to detail small estate growers can offer. That we’re friends and neighbors makes this offering all the more special to create.

Bottle at the DC Beer August Share. Poured a hazy amber. Flavor was rustic malt with light fruit and earthy funk. A complex farmhouse ale with a subtle fruity character.

750ml bottle pours a murky amber, a little white head. Funk and lots of grape on the nose. Some acetic acid in the nose and mouth. Strawberry in the mouth too. Medium. Nice. 7 4 7 4 13
