Dry Hopped Lager - Pine Brook is fermented with a Lager yeast strain originating in Zürich, Switzerland from the Hürlimann Brewery. We implement this nearly 200-year-old strain of Lager yeast to create a crispy, easy drinking Lager that we lightly dry hop with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. The hops provide flavors and aromas of Candied Lemon Peel, White Grape gummies, Tropical Fruit, and Orange Marmalade to complement the Crisp, Biscuit, Crackery, and easy drinking malt character.

Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: mild yellow semi-transparent color with a two finger white foamy head that slid off nicely to leave some lace
Aroma: lemon peel, white grapes, tropical fruity notes roll into a soft malt
Flavor: semi-sweet with a good malty tone embracing the hop notes substantially to lead into a sly aftertaste of lemon/tropical fruity notes
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, semi-smooth on tongue; good finish of tropical hops & light malts
Overall: nicely done IPL, I'd have again.

4 pack at home peach gold colored and fuzzy white head. Nose is tropical fruits and light white grape. Tastes of honey dew, lemon, white grape, honey, strawberry. Not really anything piney about it. Light bodied. Hops don’t add much zip.

12oz can pours a lightly hazy gold with a big cap of white head. Nose has C hops and some grass and some pale grist. Flavor is light honey, c hops fade a bit and really just become grapefruit. Some prickly bitterness on an otherwise dry finish. 6 4 6 3 11
