Bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with baklava, walnuts, pistachio, honey, Vanuatu vanilla beans and Korintje cinnamon. We rested a few imperial stout bases in bourbon barrels for 12 months, blended them, and then conditioned the blend on the finest baklava we could find.

Sampled at Birch & Barley, pours a dark brown, oily, leggy, ring of brown head. Peanut and booze and cocoa. The peanut distracts from the booze and thin base.
