Bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with raspberry, toasted coconut, chocolate chips and graham cracker. We rested a few imperial stout bases in bourbon barrels for 12 months, blended them, and then conditioned the blend on fresh raspberries, house toasted coconut, dark chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.

Sampled at Birch and Barley, pours an oily, leggy, dark brown with a ring of brown head. Chocolate milk and raisinette. Boozy and sweet. A bit overdone.
